The problem
Land buyers in Malnad cannot see what they are buying.
Plots are sold from a paper layout and a site visit that eats a whole day. Most property sites in the region are a photo gallery and a phone number. They show the land as it is today — trees, mud, a boundary stone. They do not show what it becomes.
So the buyer is asked to imagine, and then to trust. Most of them do neither.
The decision
Photographs were the wrong proof.
You cannot photograph a house that has not been built. For plotted land, the product is the future, not the present — which means renders and a 3D model are the honest way to show it, not decoration on top of photos.
That one decision shaped the whole build.

What it proves
Everything above is running, not mocked up. The 3D model, the scroll sequence and the motion are the parts most local studios will not attempt, and they are the parts that make a buyer stay long enough to enquire.
The estate is a concept. The craft is not.
You are looking at one of them.
The logo you watched draw itself at the top of this page is not a video.
It is vector and canvas — the outline traced by a point of light, dust pulled in and absorbed, ink rising into the letterforms. A few kilobytes instead of the twenty megabytes a video would have cost, sharp on every screen, and it loads before a video would have finished buffering.
That is the standard. Not “it looks nice on my laptop.”

How it works
No surprises. You know the price, the plan and the date before any money changes hands.
1. We talk — free
A call or a WhatsApp conversation. Twenty minutes, usually less.
We ask what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want this site to actually achieve. No pitch, no pressure.
Costs you nothing.
2. You get a written quote — free
Within two days you get one message with everything in it: what we are building, what is included, anything extra you chose, one final number, and the date it will be finished.
That number does not change later.

3. You pay 25% — we start
Once you are happy with the quote, 25% up front and the work begins. UPI, bank transfer, or PayPal if you are outside India.
A quarter to start, so you are not handing over much before you have seen anything. The rest is spread across the build.
This is the point where planning, design and writing start properly.
4. You send your content — we plan around it
Photos, logo, menu, prices, anything you already have. Send it while we plan, not after, because what you have decides how the site is built.
Do not worry about quality. We will tell you what is usable, what needs reshooting, and what we can fix ourselves.
Your date starts when your content arrives. This is the one thing that delays projects, and it is almost never the developer.
5. You see it before anyone else
You get a private link to the real site, working, on your phone and your laptop. Not a picture of a website. The actual thing.
Tell us what to change. Your plan includes rounds of changes, and we use them properly — one clear list at a time, not fifty messages.
6. Your own name
Not a free subdomain. Not someone else’s address with your name tacked on. yourbusiness.com, and it belongs to you.
We handle the whole setup. You pay for the domain directly, in your own name, and we get your first year at a discount.
7. Final payment, then it goes live
The remaining balance, and your site is live on your domain the same day.
You get everything: the files, the accounts, the logins. All in your name. If you ever want to work with someone else, nothing is locked and nothing is held.
8. 45 days of free changes
Launch day is not the finish line. For 45 days we change whatever you want — text, photos, prices, hours. No invoice.
Anything broken stays free forever.
Most sites take two to five weeks from advance to launch, depending on size and how fast your content arrives. Your exact date is in your quote.
